Services and Fees

Below please find a list of services and fees.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so on your patient portal.  This is the preferred and safe way of communicating with our clinic once you become a patient. If you are having trouble accessing your portal, you can also call or email us.  Life happens, and we understand you may need to reschedule so the first time is not charged.  If cancelling or rescheduling becomes a habit, the cancellation fee within 24 hours is $35.

Sometimes it is hard to find care that meets your preference or needs close by.  Our office does offer telemedicine.  There are some parameters depending on what state and your specific situation. First step is to fill out new patient paperwork.  Please reach out to the office and we can email you the first steps.

Dr. Shannyn Services and Fees Schedule

New Patient Consultations

For those interested in being seen by Dr. Shannyn but who have a few basic questions, we provide a free, one-time 10-minute phone or in-office consultation. This is an opportunity for you to meet and talk to Dr. Shannyn to see if we are the right fit to work together.  You will not receive any medical advice during this time.  Please email or call the office.

New Patient – Initial Visit

This is for all new patients. This visit is 60 minutes long and includes a review of your medical history, concerns, what you may have tried, review of recent lab work you may have had done, physical exam and the beginning steps of a path towards healing. That path may include having testing done, supplements, homeopathy or other types of therapies. Each person is unique and no two treatment plans are the same.

The first step is to fill out patient paperwork, once we receive completed paperwork, we can set up your portal and you can schedule an appointment. Please email or call the office and we will get patient paperwork to you.

Returning Patients – Acute Care

An Acute Care visit is for health concerns that need to be seen right away. It is a 30-minute appointment and includes an assessment of the problem and immediate treatment or steps to take to remediate the problem. If you feel you need to go to Urgent Care or the ER then please do that; if you need follow up care we are happy to see you in office.  You can fit into my open schedule on your patient portal or contact the office.

Returning Patients:

Returning patients have access to their portal where they can schedule their appointments ranging from B12 shots, blood pressure checks, brief visits of 15 minutes to 30 minutes to longer as needed.

The portal also allows access to their care plans or treatment plan as discussed with the doctor, lab results, send secure message, and send documents.

Lab tests – Prices will vary depending on what you need to have done and will be discussed in your appointment.

Insurance – We currently accept all HSA and FSA cards and will provide you with a detailed super bill to submit if needed. We also accept those who have insurance through Parker Wellness and Preventive Health Network. We will always provide a super bill for anyone who asks if you would like to submit for reimbursement with your health care provider. Please call your health care provider first before coming in for an appointment to see if you will be reimbursed.

Payment is always due in full at the time of service. Fees are included in New Patient Paperwork and are updated every 5 years to reflect the cost of operating the clinic. Feel free to contact us with any questions about our services and fees.
