If you are having trouble accessing your portal, you can also call or email us. Life happens, and we understand you may need to reschedule so the first time is not charged. If cancelling or rescheduling becomes a habit, the cancellation fee within 24 hours is $35.

Sometimes it is hard to find care that meets your preference or needs close by. Our office does offer telemedicine. There are some parameters depending on what state and your specific situation. First step is to fill out new patient paperwork. Please reach out to the office and we can email you the first steps.
